This is truly the best urgent care I have ever been to. The employees at the front are very attentive, the nurses and medical assistants are also compassionate and attentive and Dr Nancy is obviously in the right profession.
Came in due to stomach virus and was able to get treated. The nurse amber was very nice and professional. Doctor Nancy was able to answer my questions and help me. Place was clean and I’m happy they were able to take me even though I came in near closing time.
I came in at 10:45 hand injuries and once I was first seen by the doctor it was so quick and efficient that I got to leave the here at 11:45. Great staff and feels safe even during COVID

I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff was polite and friendly, most important (and unusual) the doctor was kind yet professional. She put me at ease and took the time to carefully explain everything to me.
Had an excellent encounter at the Minor Injury Clinic. My wife visibly damaged her elbow after falling. She was promptly sent to the Minor Injury Clinic, which was significantly less crowded Within minutes, a nurse practitioner recommended she get an x-ray. She spent less than an hour there in all.
I also got lost while looking for my destination (the x-ray), but a kind staff member helped me find my way back; I can't say enough gratitude to him (I'm sorry I didn't see his name badge).These people helped me feel less stressed throughout tumultuous times, which is undoubtedly stressful enough.
I am very happy with the here visit. Very happy with the staff. They go out of the way and make every visit comfortable. He also made sure the clarification process was done very easily.
